Scope
The team will design learning pods for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) students, ideally for those moving into high school years. Using the persona material provided, the team will design and configure a learning pod that promotes collaboration, and learning facilitation and is both flexible in its use of space and its portability in a school or educational environment.
Target Audience
Provided for this brief, a general persona has been further developed into a target audience of 12-14-year-old students who are starting their high school experience and may or may not have an interest in STEAM subjects.
Other stakeholders in this project include these students' families, peers and their teaching staff. Indirectly, stakeholders also include school executives, non-STEAM related school staff, the Department of Education and STEAM industry partners.
